Terms & Conditions — x0368 Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

To be eligible to open and maintain an x0368 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so does not violate any applicable local, national, or international law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by statute;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of x0368 or any of its associated game providers;
• You have not previously been self-excluded, permanently banned, or had an account closed by x0368 for a breach of these Terms.

x0368 accepts players who are residents of Indonesia and who meet the age and identity requirements set out in this clause. By registering an account you represent and warrant that all eligibility requirements are satisfied. x0368 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend access pending verification.

To access real-money products on the x0368 Platform, you must complete the registration process and open an Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and maintenance:

1. Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
2. One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold exactly one active x0368 Account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, identities, devices, or payment credentials — is prohibited. x0368 reserves the right to merge duplicate accounts, void associated bets, and permanently suspend all accounts belonging to the same individual where duplication is detected.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility. Notify x0368 support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
4. KYC Verification: x0368 will request identity verification documents — including a valid national identity card (KTP), passport, or equivalent government-issued ID — prior to processing any withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe will result in withdrawal suspension until compliance is achieved.
5. Account Currency: All x0368 Accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No multi-currency accounts are offered. Deposits made via any method will be credited to your Wallet in Rupiah at the prevailing rate applied by the payment processor at the time of transaction.

x0368 supports a comprehensive range of Indonesian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in IDR.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. x0368 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to players.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit via bank transfer: Rp 50.000
• Minimum deposit via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Rp 20.000
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000
• Maximum single withdrawal: Rp 50.000.000 (subject to VIP tier and account standing)

4.3 Processing Times

• Deposits: credited to your Wallet within minutes of confirmed receipt by x0368.
• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay): typically processed within 5 minutes, subject to provider availability.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri): processed within 30 minutes during WIB business hours; inter-bank transfers may take up to 2 hours.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have successfully completed KYC verification.
• The withdrawal destination (bank account or e-wallet) must be registered in your own name, matching the name on your x0368 Account and KYC documents.
• Any active bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements must be forfeited or fully met before a withdrawal of the associated deposit can be processed.
• x0368 reserves the right to request additional documentation to satisfy anti-money laundering obligations before releasing withdrawal funds.

x0368 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted into withdrawable cash. The applicable turnover multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. Live casino tables, Baccarat, and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced percentage (e.g., 10%–20%). The full contribution schedule is published in each promotion's specific terms.

4. 5. Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit the bonus system — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to exhaust wagering requirements without genuine play — constitutes a breach of these Terms. x0368 reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
6. Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: A Player may choose to forfeit their bonus balance at any time via the Account dashboard. Forfeiture is irreversible. Only real-money balance remaining after forfeiture will be eligible for withdrawal.

The following general rules govern the placement and settlement of wagers on the x0368 Platform across all product categories including sportsbook, live casino, Bandar Q, esports, and slots:

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is not accepted until you receive an explicit confirmation and a bet reference number from the Platform. Technical failures during bet placement that prevent confirmation generation mean the bet is not valid.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits vary by sport, event, game type, and account status, and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Odds Changes: In-play odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet acceptance. x0368 will honour the odds displayed at the time of confirmed bet acceptance. x0368 reserves the right to suspend or close markets at any time.
• Abandoned and Postponed Events: If a sporting event is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time (WIB), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Wallet.
• Obvious Errors: x0368 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds (palpable errors). A palpable error includes odds that are manifestly incorrect due to data feed failure or human input error. x0368 will notify affected players and return stakes where bets are voided for this reason.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to return a payout. If any selection is voided due to event abandonment, that selection is removed from the accumulator and the remaining selections stand. Minimum selections for a mix parlay is two.
• Casino and Slot Results: All casino table game and slot outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Results are final once the game round is completed. x0368 does not intervene in individual game round outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x0368 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or gain any advantage over other players or the Platform itself;
• Colluding with other players in any live game, card game, or poker variant to manipulate outcomes;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption related to sporting events on which wagers are offered;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or e-wallet provider after deposits have been credited and wagered;
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from unlawful activity;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other tool to disguise your true geographic location;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account or login credentials to any third party;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to obtain credits, winnings, or advantages not intended by x0368;
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses intended for new or single-account players.

All content published on the x0368 Platform — including but not limited to the x0368 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of x0368 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software;
• Use the x0368 brand, logo, or trademarks in any context without prior written authorisation from x0368;
• Scrape, spider, or systematically download Platform data for any commercial or competitive purpose.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is used by x0368 under licence. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party service failures, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Technical errors in odds display or game outcomes where x0368 exercises its rights under Clause 6 (Betting Rules) to void affected bets and return stakes;
• Any reliance placed on promotional materials, game descriptions, or informational content published on the Platform.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, x0368's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to x0368 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits x0368's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

11.1 Termination by Player: You may close your x0368 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method following completion of any pending KYC review.

11.2 Suspension or Termination by x0368: x0368 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account, and to withhold any balance pending investigation, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity as defined in Clause 7;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Player against x0368;
• Court order or regulatory direction requiring account suspension;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, in which case x0368 will notify you via your registered email address prior to applying any dormancy fee.

11.3 Dormant Accounts: An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or wager). A dormant account maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 per month may be applied after the 12-month threshold. x0368 will provide 30 days' advance written notice to your registered email address before any dormancy fee is applied. Where the Account balance reaches zero, the Account will be closed.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x0368 is registered and licensed to operate.

x0368 is operated by an internationally incorporated entity holding a licence from a recognised international gaming authority. The Platform is offered to Indonesian residents on the basis of that international licence. x0368 does not represent that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction, and it is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through x0368's internal complaints procedure may be referred to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism. x0368 will cooperate fully with any such process.

x0368 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of a material change, x0368 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email to the address associated with their Account and via a prominent notice on the Platform.

The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account prior to the amendment's effective date.
